1.1 Our Products

Before purchasing items from this site, all customers will need to register for and activate an account. This enables us to send your product and receipt, retain your order history on our database and contact you with any important information/updates related to our site. We are required to retain a record of the items that customers have purchased from us by law. You are expected to enter your correct name and address so that we can identify our customers; this is particularly important when we suspect fraud.

Our Privacy Policy provides details regarding how we collect, use and store your data.

You must also be 18 before you can use our site and purchase products with us, by accessing this site you agree that you are over 18 years of age.

1.2 Expert Advice Service

By requesting a call from one of our experts, you will not receive a digital product to your email address. Instead, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase and will be provided with a form prompting you to enter your availability. The call with one of our experts will then be arranged as soon as possible. Our expert calls start at ₦12,561 per hour. If less than 1 hour is required, then you will not be charged the full amount.

2. Payments

Our external payment provider will process all payments. We use a reliable and well-trusted provider. Upon check-out, you will be transferred to an external site and asked to enter your payment details. You will have the option to save these details in order to speed up future payments. Payments should be processed immediately, however, occasionally it may take up to 48 hours. If you have not received your product or consultancy confirmation email within this time frame, please contact our customer services. All payments will be displayed on your bank statement under the billing descriptor ASTRANTHIA HGL.

3. Refunds

All of our products are covered under our refund protection scheme. Our consultancy appointments can be rearranged or cancelled, providing at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Consultancy appointments cannot be altered after this time to avoid loss of revenue for our team. Payment will be processed for late cancellations and ‘no-shows’.

You are entitled to a refund or exchange on your digital product if your reasoning is covered by one of the following:

- You are dissatisfied with the product and feel strongly that it is entirely unfit for purpose. You must be able to give specific reasons

- You ordered the wrong product by mistake and would like to exchange it for the correct one

- You purchased multiple copies of the same product accidentally and would like to cancel your duplicated orders

Depending on the reason for the refund/ exchange, different time periods for contacting us about the issue apply.

5. eProduct Deliveries

As stated previously, once payment has been processed, the product should be sent to the customer’s email address immediately. In addition, you will also receive a proof of purchase receipt which you should save and keep for the future.

In some cases, payment processing causes delays, or the email might be blocked by the customer’s inbox settings which are designed to protect the user from scams and viruses. Please check your spam folder and review your privacy settings. If you still have not received your product, please get in touch with our customer service team and quote your order number and email address.

6. Liability and Indemnification

Products and services purchased from WebDevStop.com can be used in any way the customer desires, so long as the actions comply with the law. Customers must take full responsibility for their actions. WebDevStop.com can provide guidance to customers with regards to writing Terms and Conditions/Privacy Policies, however, the customer must do their own research to ensure that they cover all necessary contents. WebDevStop.com does not provide expert guidance regarding compliance with the law (for specific industries or countries). The company is not liable if a lawsuit is brought against the customer.

Our experts are committed to complying with copyright law; if a customer is collaborating with one of our experts and provides logos, images and text for use on their website, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that using these images is lawful. The company will not accept liability for any breaches in copyright law as a result of using material that has been provided by the customer.

7. Copyright

ASTRANTIA HILLS NIGERIA LIMITED complies with copyright law. All the products that we sell on this website are original and are owned by the company.

Customers must adhere to the laws of copyright when using our products. If a customer distributes or republishes our products without the company’s consent, then they are breaking the law and may be reprimanded.

Customers are eligible to purchase a business licence which enables them to use our resources for training purposes within an organisation. Payment is necessary for this licence and permission will be granted on a case-by-case basis.

8. Cancellations

Due to the electronic nature of the products and the immediate delivery, it is not usually possible to cancel an order before the product is sent.

WebDevStop.com accepts that customers have the right to change their mind following purchasing one of our products. Customers are also entitled to a quality level of service. When this is not the case, customers can request to cancel their order. Please see section 3 for more information regarding refunds.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

ASTRANTIA HILLS NIGERIA LIMITED operates across borders, this means that customers and employees may be situated in various regions across the globe. Regardless of the location of the customer or employed consultant, ASTRANTIA HILLS NIGERIA LIMITED agrees to be governed by and comply with Nigerian law and will resolve legal conflicts exclusively within the official Nigerian court of law. The contracted parties – the company and the customer – agree that all legal matters are to be litigated within Nigerian courts only.
